Q: Do you offer indoor/outdoor services?

A: Yes, we offer both indoor and outdoor photography services. We can work with you to select the best location and time of day for your photo shoot.

 

Q: Will there be someone to help us during the event?

A: Yes, every 360 booth rental comes with a professional booth attendant who will handle the setup, operation, and clean up. You won't have to worry about a thing!

 

Q: Any limit number of videos and pictures we can take?

A: No, there are no set limits on the number of videos and photos your guests can take during the rental period. We offer unlimited videos, photos, and guests for the entire duration of your rental.

 

Q: How do we receive our media?

A: All guests receive their 360 videos or stationary booth photos digitally via AirDrop, email, QR code, or a public gallery (URL) link. You will have 365 days of access to all the pictures and videos, after which the link expires, and the pictures are no longer available.

 

Q: How do we receive our media from the Photo Booth?

A: Our media-sharing stations allow guests to review their recordings and obtain their videos/pictures instantly. Please note that this depends on phone and internet availability.

 

Q: How many prints come with a printer request?

A: All printed materials will be estimated with the rental of printer?
